1. Reservations & Payments

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due according to the timeline outlined in your booking confirmation.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card (if available), or other agreed methods.
By confirming a booking, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the package or promotion booked and will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable
  • Date changes may be possible depending on availability
  • In some situations, credit toward a future stay may be offered

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

3. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical expenses
  • Surf and activity coverage
  • Travel delays

Coco Loco is not responsible for costs incurred due to missed flights, travel disruptions, illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests participate in all activities - including surfing, ocean swimming, yoga, and excursions - at their own discretion and risk. By staying at Coco Loco, guests acknowledge that ocean conditions, tropical environments, and physical activities naturally involve some level of personal responsibility. Coco Loco, its owners, staff, and partners cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.

5. Health & Medical Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel and surf-related activities. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be communicated prior to arrival so we can do our best to accommodate. Guests are responsible for any medical costs incurred during their travels or stay.

6. Respect for the Space & Experience

Coco Loco is designed to be a relaxed, respectful, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. We simply ask all guests to treat the property, team, and fellow travelers with care, respect and consideration so everyone can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

7. Travel & Unexpected Changes

Travel in remote coastal areas can occasionally involve small changes due to weather, road conditions, or other factors outside anyone's control. If adjustments to schedules, activities, or logistics ever become necessary, we'll always do our best to communicate clearly and provide the best possible alternatives.

By confirming a booking and staying at Coco Loco, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
